1 Hour Sessions
These 120 minute lessons are best for swimmers who want a deep dive on a single stroke or skill or have 2 or more they’d like to focus on. We’ll often start with a more comprehensive flexibility/movement assessment on land before moving to the water to assess technique, film & evaluate, then work through the appropriate drill & swim work best suited for each individual athlete.
Group sessions
These 60 or 120 minute lessons are the Best value we offer! get a few friends or teammates together (up to 4 total) & decide what you want to work on. just like an individual session, We’ll often start with a quick flexibility/movement assessment on land before moving to the water to assess technique, film & evaluate, then work through the appropriate drill & swim work best suited for the goals of the group while each athlete gets individual feedback.
2 Hour Sessions
These 60 minute lessons are best for swimmers who have just one stroke or skill they’d like to focus on. We’ll often start with a quick flexibility/movement assessment on land before moving to the water to assess technique, film & evaluate, then work through the appropriate drill & swim work best suited for each individual athlete.
